"Life never turns out the way you want it, some people get every thing they want in life but have a hollow heart and never get to find themselves. While others are given nothing but the skin on their backs but find themselves with no one to prove this too," Gabriel said as he was encouraging his fellow rejects. They were getting ready to leave the planet C'ntainthe, which was suppose to be a utopia for all aliens, humans, their halflings, and the rejects. Unfortunately, the rejects were put on the unmarked territories of C'ntainthe.
The vast area had no name it was just called the eternal abyss. Gabriel had a rigorous childhood. his mother was a gorgeous night fairy. While his father was a famous actor on the planet known as Earth. Even though the number of inhabitants on Earth slowly trickled in numbers, many human actors were respected on numerous planets in alternate universes. Gabriel's parents met in a strange fashion. Since Gabriel's mother was a night fairy her job consisted of directing the night air current. Her wings stretched out as darkness painted the night sky with it's magnificent and majestic azure. Her hair, the color of a rose quartz, flowed down her back like rain. Her face always seemed to have a soft expression to it, yet she always had this miserable look in her emerald irises. Her voice would silently tame the sky's erratic weather patterns. Well one night, while she was doing her job, a human male sat on a grassy hill, admiring her. He was fairly decent looking for a human male. He had stunning grey eyes shaped like almonds, an olive complexion, tall and lean structure, and a smile brighter than the sun. She turned around slowly to find him staring blatantly at her. At first, she would have just flown away but she decided to stay.
Fairies as a whole aren't a bold species, but something about this human changed this night fairy's mind. Once she landed on the ground, she walked up to the male who was titillated with her. She stared down at him before she announced," Hi, I'm Seul. What's your name?" When the guy looked up she was staring at him silently with a bright smile on her face. He opened his mouth to speak but all that came out was emptiness. He tried to relax, only getting so far, before attempting to speak again. " I'm sorry for earlier, my name is Jiyuu." He stood up towering over her like he was a building and her a worn on the ground. Suddenly, he took her small pale hand into his and began to lead her into a dance. They danced under the moonlight as it changed colors, as it always did when in the summer. Seul decided she could let down her guard for a bit, to enjoy life for a brief moment of happiness.
They both closed their eyes and danced in the grassy fields. Dancing to their own silent melody, they re-opened their eyes just to stare into each other, green on grey .
