Why did Disco Die?

I mean it would be cool to dance on a floor that lit up and dance under a Disco Ball. Those days looked care-free even though they obviously weren't but still.

Now, its like all the songs nowadays talk about some disgusting things blatantly, back then they made like stupid pseudonyms and stuff :D and they were such classics.

I think thats what im going to do for like my 18th birthday throw a Disco Ball <-- like what Cinderella had and it will have nothing but disco classics and disco remixes :D
